Specific skills
Address customer complaints or concerns; Wash windows, walls and roofs; Collect waste and empty garbage containers; Handle and report lost and found items; Provide basic information about the facilities; Sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors; Clean, disinfect and polish accessories and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom.
Specific sales skills of clients and service agents. Work with minimal supervision.
Experience in equipment and machinery
Industrial vacuum cleaners / electric sweepers; Polishing machines; Carpet cleaning machine. Additional skills Water and care for plants, lawns and / or gardens. Weight management Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Work scenario Apartment complex / condominiums.
Security and protection Criminal background check.Transportation / Travel information
